Our family is complete!

On April 15th we brought our sweet Sadie home from the NICU and it was heaven. We couldn't wait to get her home where she belonged. To see her in the nursery, wrapped in her blankies that had been made for her by loved ones, laying in her very own big girl crib, and just simply home with mommy and daddy. The only flaw now was her sisters absence.

On April 24th little Langdon fixed that flaw when she too left the NICU for home sweet home. Our girls were finally together again and our family was complete. What a special day.
We didn't expect these first days to be so wonderful ;) They are such good eaters, good sleepers...not to mention fabulous at putting up with mommy's many photo shoots. Believe me...I do realize this will not always be the case but for now I'm soaking up every bit of it!
Last night I walked in the kitchen to cook dinner, towel on my head just after a warm bath, and John came in to get one of the girls bottles for their dinner. I just stopped him and hugged him and told him I'd never been happier in my life. It is just amazing that we are finally all at home and I am finding that I have to pinch myself daily. So very blessed and so very thankful.
