After a few trips to the grocery and Michael's I had all of the materials I would need for the perfect pops. I set up a little work station in my kitchen and had all of my materials in order for the whole process. I was actually surprised at how smoothly it went. Now of course this wouldn't have been so perfect without the help of Grandma Fefe, who watched the girls all morning and Pandora radio :)
I'd say, between printing out tags, punching them out, making the mixture, rolling the pops, dipping them, decorating and completing them it took me a total of about 15 hours. This is not counting how long it took Allison to make her amazing lemon cakes and icing. Now that probably sounds like a lot but I have to say....I loved it. I really, truly loved it and I know that Allison loves doing the baking as well. That's what makes this whole thing so fun. You get to do something you love doing and you get to do it with a great friend :) What an amazing wedding it was and I was so thrilled we were able to be a part of it! I am so excited how our very first order turned out and hope we get the chance to do more and more!
